  esevaWORLD Captures and Authorizes its users to access Third Party Transaction (TPT)services, which are proprietary to their respective organizations( Service Provider). After successful authorization by eSevaWorld to its users, the options available on eSevaWORLD give users control of the option that you can choose for their transactions. eSevaWorld does not charge directly or indirectly any extra amount over the charges levied by the service providers. Any charges collected for the third party transactions are charged by the respective service provider only
   
  A NON -ACTIVE User Should pay Rs.230/- to become ACTIVE.
ACTIVE: A User is Termed as 'ACTIVE' if he does a minimum transaction of amount Rs.250/- every month OR a sum of Rs.32000/- in a year.
   
  All such information, products, and services are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. eSevaWORLD hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the information, products, and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement IN NO EVENT SHALL eSevaWORLD BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THIS TRANSACTION IN ANY FORM WHAT EVER IT MAY SO OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THIS TRANSACTION, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THIS WEB SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS WEB SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.

EVEN IF KEDIA INFOTECH OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICE AND/OR MATERIALS OR INFORMATION DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE SITE(S). BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 4. Indemnification

  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kedia Infotech, its affiliates, successors, joint ventures, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including but not limited to negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.
   
 

5. Third Party Rights

  The provisions of paragraphs 2 (Use of the Service), and 3 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of Kedia InfoTech Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
   
 

6.Term; Termination

  This Agreement may be terminated by first party without notice at any time for any reason by discontinuity of services. Kedia InfoTech will not use information it has obtained about individuals for any specific commercial purposes. Or you may unsubscribe to the services in writing and accordingly Kedia InfoTech will remove your active information. However it is expressly under stood by you that due to the nature of the internet it is not possible to remove all information pertaining to you. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 7 (Miscellaneous) shall survive termination of this Agreement.
   
 

7.Miscellaneous

  This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh ( India) Only applicable to agreements made and to be performed in India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Kedia InfoTech Ltd and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought Exclusively in a federal or state court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad jurisdiction only , India Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) month after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Kedia InfoTech failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Kedia InfoTech may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
 

Any rights of eSevaWORLD not expressly granted herein are reserved

     The User have read & understood the Terms & Conditions and sign on the front of the form as conclusive acceptance to the same . User also understand that there may be further modification from time to time to this agreement & Conditions on company specified website (esevaworld.com) & User undertake to obtain and revive them. User will be bound by the terms & conditions enforce on the effective day. User have read and understood that the payment made is NON REFUNDABLE /NON TRANSFERRABLE and made through Cheques or demand draft. No cash will be dealt directly or indirectly and company is not responsible for the same in any manner what so ever.
