After subscription of esevaworld you have got an Marchants ID and Password go to www.esevaworld.com website, log on, and have immediate access to your account where in you have to change your Password immediately by clicking to MYAccount and change password , you will able to change you password successfully. If any problem please call administrator  or send a complaint in REQUEST BOX

 

How to operate & access ESevaWORLD Trading balance account which is showing Zero? How to top up ESevaWORLD Trading balance account ?

 
Ans:

 You can access your trading balance in two ways

1)

ECS system i.e. linking your bank account to esevaworld account which will take initially 2 to 3 working days . contact Administrator

 

or

2) Deposit as credit in Collection for Trading balance in any one of the account as shown in PAYMENT DETAILS for Making Payment To The eSevaWorld Trading Balance deposit In favour of

I had Deposited amount in ESevaWORLD account but Trading balance account is not updated , what shall I do to Use it?

 
Ans:

After Depositing the amount you have to enter the details in the REQUEST BOX in MYACCOUNT and submit it to get the credit which will take minimum one working day after getting credited to the account.

 

How to Check my account status ?

 
Ans:

Click on MyACCOUNT and click Balance summary the detail will be made available.

 

 How to Check my Cancelled or Rollover Transaction status ?

 
Ans:

Click on MyACCOUNT and click Transaction the cancelled button will be visible just by clicking it the detail will be made available

 

How to Pay my bill ? Can I Pay the Bills of third person who is not registered

 
Ans:

Select the required service as desired by you and make the payment accordingly by providing the information and see the benefits earned in MyACCOUNT and click Transaction SHOW button the detail will be made available. YES you can do any transaction and make the bill payments as long balance is there in your account.

 

How to Use my earned Benefits?

 
Ans:

Click on MyACCOUNT and click REQUEST BOX you have to select “ convert eseva earnings to Trading Balance” and it will take maximum of Fifteen working days to convert the balance in you trading balance.

 

Can I Use Credit cards to make the payments ?

 
Ans:

You can safely and conveniently pay your bills online by using your credit card but Right now the facility is  defunct.
